Had a wonderful night here after a long drive from Lago di Garda, what a spot, absolutely stunning and unique, Sylvie is a gracious host and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in Le Pigeonnier, enjoyed a lovely swim in the pool (which must have one of the best views ever), a quiet and peaceful night, and a wonderful breakfast on the terrace (all home grown/local produce), merci beaucoup Sylvie!

I would say that the only good thing about this Hotel was the very friendly and helpful staff who are clearly not responsible for the builing in which they work. Chambery old town is delightful and only a stonethrow from the Hotel and is within easy walking distance from the station.

Very friendly staff proposed that I leave the car directly outside the hotel rather than use the underground car park opposite because the car was too big (not enormous - an estate car)

I was staying from May 31- June 2nd in the superior room. I forgot my adapter charger was plugged in when I left, I called the hotel but the receptionist was not nice, she tried to avoid to find and told me that was not found, how came ? And put me on the line was very busy to wait.. this is not services as 4stars.. I would like to complaint about this

The main reception man on arrival was very friendly,efficient, considerate and friendly I knew we would enjoy our stay as he had a lot of people to deal with booking in but did it in a great way,not rushing you through but ticking the boxes. He's an asset to your team and that's why I'm giving you this feedback as usually I can't be bothered but he requested it and due to his hard work I feel its the least I can do.
