Some of our family were also in the hotel and Madame Massonde made us all very welcome and was extremely accommodating with regard to numbers eating together, timing etc. Breakfast was freshly made and home produce made it even better. The evening meal - we had the set menu on two evenings - was appealing and quite delicious using fresh produce again.SusanUnited Kingdom

Very comfy bed, wonderful outlook over the countryside towards Pau, and beyond. Lovely grounds and pool. The atmosphere is wonderful. We didn't get to eat in the restaurant, which by all accounts is very good. Nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

We also loved dining there, the cuisine is delicate and inspired. Chic & relaxed.

Fantastic views over Pau and the Pyrenees and the grounds were beautiful. We ate at the hotel, and I am still smiling. Food was fine dining and worth every penny. The pear soufflé was to die for.
