Location is really perfect, just a short walk (15-20 mins) from Vieux Nice and Promenade des Anglais, but located just 3 mins walk from the main train station - though the area looked safe and quite quiet. Breakfast was good and staff was really helpful, we had an issue with a clogged sink on our first day and they immediately sent a plumber to fix it.
