Our stay at Gite Soyez was outstanding. The hospitality of the Marije and Paul was exceptional, making us feel warmly welcomed and well cared for. The food was delicious, featuring local specialties.
The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and very cozy. The picturesque surroundings added to a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
Though it was just a one-night-stay, we are deeply grateful for the wonderful time and look forward to visiting again!

Pretty and quirky house on narrow street. The attached wine shop was interesting and the owner most knowledgeable. We had the most wonderful meal prepared by her accompanied by a Cinsault wine from Minervois region which she recommended.
Was introduced to 'orange wine' and bought a bottle to take home.

Very well presented and clean house with lovely host (Alexei). Our room was very comfortable, and the village very beautiful. Alexei told us they have facilities for bike cleaning and storage so it would be a great base for cycle touring in the area. There’s a small pool and outdoor area… too cold in March for a dip though! The area around Cesserras is stunning… gorges, vineyards, ancient villages full of history. We will definitely return one day.

Comfortable and well equipped gite. Interesting and lovely location in the small hamlet of Cailol. Countryside around it was attractive and we were able to have some lovely walks through the vineyards and woods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
