Hotel is difficult to find/see since it is hidden behind a locked gate of the Tabancura Ferreteria (kind of a car/truck supply store). You need to call them when you reach the location or go next door to the other nice hotel and ask the manager to call for you. Someone will then come to open the locked gate. (Your GPS or travel program will get you to the exact address correctly - but at first glance you cannot believe that you have found a hotel. As for the rooms: hot water works (though from a 25 gallon/100 liter) room heated tank - so don't take long showers if more than one person in your room else your sig other will run out of hot water. Place is safe, secure though a bit of a foot walk to get to food places. The internet in the room (don't use the one on the door with that password) is lousy! Go to the open area where there are some benches (and free clean (good to drink) water from 25 gallon containers accessed via the water cooler/machine - really wonderful) - anyway on the wall there is another wifi name and code - use that one! It is at least 4G (if not 5G). The one in our room (#1 on first floor at the back next to parking lot) was terrible. The other one: superb. Finally if driving your car is 100% safe in the secured/gated parking lot. Check in/out was easy...overall good value. We paid USD $51 in late June 2023 for one night travelling as a couple.
