It was beautiful night and day. As an American (because you know we love our A/C), I was very happy about the cold A/C they had in the room. It was never hot and this was appreciated as Zanzibar is hot and humid. We had a hiccup in regards to the breakfast in the room/at the pool. I originally planned to have it on a specific day but it did not show up on that day. I spoke with the staff and they served it to us the next morning. We also had a late check out and i was very thankful they let us stay in the room past check out time. We were able to enjoy our in-room breakfast because of this and did not feel rushed at all. Shower great. Bed great. Very spacious room. The amenities in the room were also nice. I read online somewhere that the hotels typically try to keep the beach locals away from the property to the best of their ability. I will say, be prepared to constantly be sold to when trying to relax on the property. All day long , there was constantly “beach boys” trying to sell you stuff. I appreciate the security guard on the beach keeping the other tourist away from our beach swings. So many of them walked up and he kindly asked them to leave. This was nice because I feel like there would have been a line had he not been there to do this. It made us feel special. They arranged an airport drop off for us and got us on our way in time.

The serene atmosphere and the friendly ambiance made it easy to unwind and disconnect from the world. Moreover, the location offers a plethora of activities to explore. From the mesmerizing Blue Lagoon to the intriguing caves and the vibrant Paje, there is always something exciting to do nearby.

Will definitely be coming back! Location: the location is quite convenient. It’s right next to the main road going to Paje and 5-10 minutes walk away to the ocean. The building is in Jambiani village which is famous for its sweet, hospitable locals, and great beaches! Supermarkets and shops are all nearby. Check in: Thomas the owner who oversees things personally, was kind enough to arrange for an early check in despite the short notice. He’s easygoing and friendly to deal with. Easy and straightforward process. They accept cards without giving you the looks (many properties in Jambiani don’t happily accept cards). You can use Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. The place itself: this is a brand new building with great finishing. The owner takes pride in his trees and the villa is surrounded by greenery inside it. There’s a pool, kitchen with a big new fridge for guests to store food, shower facilities next to the pool. There’s also a terrace upstairs with huge area for people who wanna have some privacy or do calls or just relax. It offers a nice 360 view of the village on all sides. The rooms: the rooms are quite modern and they are practically designed and equipped with everything you want. The ac was working perfectly and it was a relief in hot afternoons and nights (many properties don’t have ac or it doesn’t work). Really comfy beds (probably the best bed and mattresses I slept on in Zanzibar), a safe which is quite handy, a little desk if you have work, big washroom with great water pressure, everything in the room was brand new and working fine. The internet: I had couple of meetings and was suffering from the poor internet in other proper I. The wifi really saved me. The experience: the owner who was also staying at the property is warm and makes sure to check in on you and see if you need anything (the stay itself, directions, restaurant recommendations, etc.

With Nungwi Beach reachable in 1.2 km, Nungwi Roses provides accommodation, a restaurant, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Complimentary WiFi is provided. The hotel is very pretty, and the services were good. The staff is friendly and helpfull. We felt like we are at home. We would recommend staying there to all who are looking for a good place to stay.

The Mambo Cabana Hotel offers a wonderful experience for a relaxing vacation. My room was spacious and beautiful, offering all the necessary comforts for rest. The food served was delicious with a variety of options that satisfied my taste buds. A big advantage is the location of the hotel, just 1 minute from the beach, which made access to the sea extremely convenient. Mambo Cabana is certainly an excellent choice for a holiday getaway.

Located within 39 km of Peace Memorial Museum and 13 km of Kichwele Forest Reserve, Sipano Beach Lodge Kiwengwa provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kiwengwa. Fantastiske ansatte som virkelig brydde seg om hvordan jeg hadde det. Deilig frokost hver morgen med fersk frukt og brød og diverse søtsaker, inkludert i prisen. I tillegg kunne man kjøpe seg ferskpresset juice, smoothie eller omelett for en liten ekstra kostnad. Sipano Beach Lodge ligger rett på stranden og har meget hyggelig belysning og magisk stemning på kvelden. Til tross for tidevannet kunne man bade nesten hele dagen. Mange aktiviteter å være med på om man ønsket (Kiting, vann scooter, massasje, utflukter, shopping i Masaienes håndverksboder etc.) Aldri en kjedelig dag, men om man ønsker det kan man også bare ligge og sole seg i fred og ro under en parasoll. Mat og drikke fås kjøpt i baren/ restauranten, og vil man ha noe nytt og annet så finnes også flere gode restauranter i nærheten.
