Social Lodge - Happiness er staðsett í Funchal, 1,3 km frá Almirante Reis-ströndinni og 300 metra frá miðbænum. Boðið er upp á loftkæld gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og verönd. Our entire experience with Diogo was amazing. He was hands on from the beginning with quick responses, corresponding with us 2 days before our arrival, guiding us to the hotel, allowing us an early check in and went as far as assisting us with our onward travels. The apartment was modern and well equipped and exactly as described on Booking and the pics. Location was central and within walking distance to bus stops, La Vie shopping mall and promenade. Aeroport bus stop is directly in front of LA Vie Centre. Thank you Diogo for being the best host thus far on our travels.

Good Memories Lodge er staðsett í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Almirante Reis-ströndinni og í 9 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Marina do Funchal. Excellent location, right in the city centre. Walking distance to the bus stop for airport connectivity and to the numerous, restaurants , cafes, old town, Christmas market... Wonderful accomodation. Very clean. All amenities are thoughtfully present in the room . Comfortable beds. No disturbance at all in spite of the central location. Very responsive hostess. Pre-check instructions were great. Felt very welcome although I couldn't meet her during my three day stay. Everything was as promised. Very good value for money. This will be my first choice if I ever come back to Funchal in future.

Madeira Sunset Cottage - Nature Retreat býður upp á gistingu í fjallaskála með upphitaðri útisundlaug með vatnsþrýstistútum, grænum garði, lífrænum aldingarði og grillaðstöðu. We loved our stay at Madeira Sunset Cottage. Everything was as described. We will definitely come back if we ever visit Madeira again. Our favorite part: the delicious breakfast in the morning and the heated pool with ocean view.

Social Lodge - Piornais er staðsett í Sao Martinho-hverfinu í Funchal og er með loftkælingu, verönd og garðútsýni. Gestir sem dvelja í þessari íbúð eru með aðgang að svölum. New, clean place with almost everything you need ! This place offers 2 beds + extra bed on a larger sofa. We were just one couple so we enjoyed the space and it was comfortable for us. Place is well equiped with all stuff you need for a comfortable stay. Beds and restroom/shower are downstars in an area which has just one tiny window so that might be a minus for some one. But on the other hand its a colder place during hot days ! Beds are great and comfortable as well as big variety of pillows. Bathroom is also new as well. The owner is VERY KIND and HELPFULL to requests, suggestions or any help and reply very fast. You can also find a lot of usefull tips in forms of links as a printed QR codes on the place ! Kitchen is well equiped for a basic cooking. Place is well situated in an area which is full of live. Big plus are the entry doors which are solid and can very effectively shield any sound from the street which makes it very quiet place ! You can find grocery supermarket just around the corner which has everything what you need for your comfortable stay and there are restaurants, coffee shops and bakerys just around the corner.

Cozy chalet with ocean view er gististaður með garði í Seixal, 36 km frá Girao-höfða, 41 km frá hefðbundnu Santana-húsum og 45 km frá smábátahöfninni. Gerđu Funchal. I loved this cozy place! It was really nicely decorated and had everything we needed in a compact space which I found to be really cool - including a foldable crib for our little one!

Chalet Tropical samanstendur af einkastrandsvæði og garði. Það er nýuppgert gistirými í Arco da Calheta nálægt Caminho Faja do Mar-ströndinni. Me and my boyfriend spent a total of 6 days in the Tropical Chalet. We could have stayed there for at least another month. The place's absolutely lovely. Basically it's straight among banana trees and other beautiful tropical plants and flowers. There're very few other houses in the neighborhood and the closest main street's very quiet making the whole area very peaceful. The backyard has a great view over the ocean and the surrounding banana trees. Also, the hammock's a nice touch to the whole experience. The balcony on the first floor's anotheru lovely space and the house itself is functional though not particularly luxurious or equipped. The only thing tricky is maybe the fact that the street to get to the house's very steep and narrow (some taxis refuse to drive down there). The suggestion is to get a car or even better a motorbike. By foot it's nice to walk down to the beach or through the levadas that go along the coastline. Though mind that it's a very long and steep way to get to the nearest supermarket, bar or shop. This is another reason why having a car/motorbike is highly advisable. Overall, a very nice and recommended accommodation for ocean-loving couples/singles seeking a place to enjoy nature and tranquility.

Casa ideal para famílias com vista mar desafogada er nýenduruppgerður fjallaskáli sem er staðsettur í Funchal og býður upp á garð. Our family of 5 (two parents and three kids ages 13, 10, and 6) had an amazing stay here during our kids' February break. The house is exactly as described, and is lovely. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a beautiful view of the city and the ocean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the outside patio was beautiful. We enjoyed wine outside in the evenings, and the kids ate breakfast outside in the morning. The best part of our stay was the host, Sidónio. He was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. He had great suggestions for things to do and see on Madeira, and our trip would not have been the same without his suggestions!

Pereira Place - Cottage er staðsett í São Vicente, aðeins 1,2 km frá Sao Vicente-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með garðútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Really great location, the flat was perfect for our stay. Good variety of cooking utensils to cook in the flat. Fillipe was great and really helpful!

Victoria Tiny Stone House státar af sjávarútsýni og býður upp á gistingu með garði og verönd, í um 19 km fjarlægð frá Porto Moniz-náttúrusundlaugunum. Beautifully decorated apartment with great views

Victoria Ocean View Room býður upp á gistingu í Ponta, aðeins 40 km frá Girao-höfða. do Pargo er með aðgang að garði, verönd og sólarhringsmóttöku. It was a perfect ending for our hike through the island. Wine, electric fireplace, and magnificent view to the sunset in Atlantic Ocean. The place also has a small pool with a view to the ocean, but it was too cold for us to try it. The housekeeper, Maria, was very nice and helpful.
