The Rooms and the facility are designed with love for EVERY detail. The staff is extremely competent and friedly. The food is amazing and with huge variety. Great wines! This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at with amazing value for this price!

With garden views, Okapuka Safari Lodge is set near Windhoek and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace. Loved the ostriches, game drives, rhinos, variety of wildlife. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. Especially Beau and Nakushe.

Immanuel Wilderness Lodge is located 20 km north of Windhoek. Surrounded by African savannah in a growing suburb of the capital, the lodge offers a garden, outdoor pool and restaurant. We stayed at the Immanuel Wilderness Lodge for 2 nights at the beginning of our trip and also 2 nights at the end. It was perfect for us! Despite the odd location- (there are some build works you have to pass on arriving at the lodge), once you are inside the gates and in the main lodge, the decor and soft lighting embrace you. Stefan's cooking is exceptional. He catered for my daughter's vegetarian needs perfectly. We felt as though we were at home. I would very much recommend this lodge for those who wish to recover from a long flight on arrival, or after a long drive before departure. We loved hanging around the pool. Stefan and Sabina are amazing hosts and their team- Leana, Linda and Maggie are super friendly too. We'll be back one day! Thank you to everyone for looking after us!!

With Alte Feste Museum reachable in 10 km, River Crossing Lodge provides accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge and a terrace. Free WiFi is provided. Everything about River Crossing Lodge was perfect. The clean, well designed chalets are staggered so each balcony is totally private and the view of the mountains is stunning, especially at sunrise. The food at River Crossing is delicious and every member of staff was kind, professional and friendly. River Crossing is far enough away from Windhoek to feel as if you are in a world of your own. We definitely plan to stay at River Crossing Lodge when we fly back home.

Auas Safari Lodge is situated 45 km outside of Windhoek. Guests can explore the wildlife surrounding them on daily game drives, guided hiking trails and bird watching expeditions. The place was stunning. A little Oasis in the desert. Staff was super friendly and attentive. My room was comfortable with a super large and comfy bed. I slept like a dream with no noise, just nature at my door. The food was excellent, although I was not that into the game meaty dishes served. Just my personal preference. The game drive was so informative, but I wish I could have been on more than one occasion. The shuttle service was well appreciated. Thanks to Petrus and all staff for making my stay memorable and enjoyable. Ps....I am going to miss my Virgin Mogito's. Till next time as I will be back.

Set in Windhoek, Out Of Nature Country Lodge offers accommodation with a year-round outdoor pool, free WiFi, a restaurant and a bar. The place was so peaceful, i enjoyed staying at Out Of Nature and i recommend it. Special mention to Liezel, she was so kind and helpful. I will definitely come back
