Hacienda El Rejo ligt in Machachi met uitzicht op de bergen en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde lounge, bar, tuin, zonneterras en speeltuin. Me and my mum stayed here for one night and it was a perfect stay. All of the staff were so lovely, the views were breathtaking & the food was incredible (although the prices are slightly higher than we’ve found elsewhere in Ecuador it was so worth it for the quality & taste & big portions). Such an amazing night in the countryside with lots of things to do, thank you!

The rooms are a good size and clean. Our room had a fireplace that we used throughout the night - it was wonderful. The beds also has heated blankets. We were very warm! Great breakfast, with oats, toast and eggs. Helpful staff who gave us lots of tips about Cotopaxi Lots of cute dogs on the property!

De Chilcabamba Lodge ligt in het nationaal park Cotopaxi, op 6 km van de ingang. Het biedt comfortabele, charmante kamers met een rustieke inrichting. Location was amazing with clear views of Cotopaxi volcano and surrounding volcanoes. Only a short drive to the National park entrance and some nice walking trails around the lodge, bonus having a trail to nearby trout farm for fishing. The food was exceptional especially the dinner (3 course meal). The staff even made us packed lunches for our hike up Cotopaxi Volcano which was exactly what we needed. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Especially Jesica who organised all our activities for us and helped out with everything - she spoke fluent English as well which was a bonus considering our Spanish wasn’t great! Even all the guides and drivers for the activities are extremely friendly and helpful which made the day tours so enjoyable. The room we stayed in was perfect. A large comfortable bed and the fireplace kept the room very warm and cosy.

Deze vakantiewoning biedt gratis privéparkeren, een 24-uursreceptie en gratis WiFi. the best value for the price. we had everything we needed there and more. it’s a place where you want to stay for a week not a night like we did. the kitchen fully equipped, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with hot water), tomato de árbol on a tree, nice setting. it’s a bit off from Nanegalito but you can easily walk down and come back with a camioneta for 2 usd. last but not least, hosts are super kind and helpful. highly recommended!
