My God the piece of land where the property is located is impeccable it’s heavenly with all its greenery, trees and landscape. The bungalows are amazingly built, very clean and the privacy is great due to only having just a few scattered bungalows on such a spacious piece of land. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful which was another plus. Gabriel was amazing, very helpful, very friendly and very welcoming. My girlfriend and I would stay there again without question. There’s no food service but there’s everything in the kitchen to make meals and so many restaurants around in the area.

Nestled in the jungle amidst an enchanted botanical garden, 300m from Playa Grande, Wildlife Lodge Cahuita is the perfect getaway for nature lovers. The most unique and fantastic stay with Fernando. If you love nature, plants and animals this is where to stay. The bungalows are large and comfortable with good showers. In a lovely calm location where we saw monkeys, many birds and. snake. Breakfast is homemade with great care and organic and gluten free ingredients. Fernando told us so much about Costa Rica and the local area and was very generous and helpful.

Satta Lodge offers you a unique experience in the heart of the Caribbean jungle and 700m from Cocles beach. A great place to relax. Amazing breakfast. The owners were very nice and gave us excellent recommendations.

Beautiful trees plants and hummingbirds. Cabins are very nice and super clean. Everything is provided in the kitchen and fresh water provided as well.

Wildlife everywhere...stayed 2 nights and saw way more here from porch then saw in the NP ..howler and capuchin monkeys at all times of the day huge iguanas agouti birds butterflies crabs so much to see it was incredible..was the highlight of our trip of 20 days so far .. if you are visiting for wildlife THIS IS DEFINITELY FOR YOU!! DONT HESITATE it was amazing. It's a wooden simple private cabin with a comfy hammoc Cahuita NP next door and in centre of town There is a kitchenette you can access fully stocked ...the fans in room are good enough to keep you cool as well as the bug netting around beds was nice

We saw more animals on the hotel grounds than in the national park. Good access to the beach. Very private. Comfortable rooms. Beautiful interior. The staff is always ready to help you. Playa Negra Guesthouse is located in Cahuita, right in front of the beach. All units feature a seating area. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony with pool or garden views. Very nicely and comfortably designed. We had everything we needed. A quiet, restful stay right across from a lovely beach. We even cooked dinner some evenings by the pool area. The owners are delightful and very accomodating. We couldn't have had a nicer time.

We have stayed in many places around the world, few as satisfying as Passion Fruit EcoLodge. Delphine and Bert were consummate hosts, the breakfast extraordinary, and the aesthetic of the cabin, the pool, and the surroundings exquisite. Simple elegance, done with the refined taste of an interior designer and architect. Each choice, from the food to the furnishings to the burbling dipping pool attached to the cabin, was done with such attention to detail and with such care. We were surrounded by the sounds of nature, from the wild sounds of the howler monkeys to soothing sounds of more than a dozen different birds in the space of a few minutes (identified with Merlin, the Cornell Ornithology ID app). On one day, we were rained out of our adventure, but returned happily to the front porch of our cabin to read in the Adirondack chairs. We felt not only well-taken care of, but in the company of intelligent and worldly hosts. Passion Fruit EcoLodge merits our unconditional praise.
