Right next to a little jungle with lots of wildlife. So beautiful to sit there and relax. The restaurant / breakfast place is open to this jungle and has a fantastic view of the volcano. They have 2 feeding stations next to the restaurant and you can watch all kind of birds feeding there. My highlight was a toucan who spent time feeding and sitting there. Beautiful pool area and little ponds to sit by and listen to the birds .

Possibly the best stay we have had in our 2-week trip ! The family that runs this business is the heart and soul of this place and welcomed us with open arms. Very peaceful place immersed in nature. Aboundance of wildlife, tasty typical food and not far from La Fortuna town. Cute, comfortable and clean cabinas. Bonus point: unbelievable frog (and more) tour in the evening !

Cabañas Sueños del Arenal ligt in Fortuna, op 5,7 km van La Fortuna-waterval en 7,8 km van Kalambu Hot Springs Water Park. The property was perfect for us as a couple. Close to La Fortuna and far enough away that you were out of the busyness. The kitchen was stocked well enough to make simple meals. King bed was comfortable. The view of Arenal Volcano was amazing when it wasn’t too cloudy. The patio was sheltered from the rain so you could still enjoy coffee outside in the morning. Property felt secure with remote control opening and closing.

Cecropia Ecolodge is gelegen in Fortuna, op 31 km van La Fortuna-waterval en 34 km van Kalambu Hot Springs Water Park. My partner and I stayed 4 nights at Cecropia ecolodge and absolutely loved our stay. Jay and Nohelia are amazing caring people. It really shows how much they thrive living at their lovely place and sharing it with their guests. Jay does an awesome guided night tour and we were lucky enough to see a lot of wildlife. Nohelia cooks delicious meals. I had a bad stomach the day I arrived and they were kind enough to make some organic tea from plants grown on the property - super tasty and helpful. Anything we needed they were happy to help with. Overall an amazing experience and we hope we're able to return one day! Pura vida ️️ Tim & Alice

Las Pavitas Cottages bevindt zich in Fortuna, op 14 km van La Fortuna-waterval en 7,5 km van Kalambu Hot Springs Water Park. Prachtig gelegen huisje met uitzicht vanaf het terras op de vulkaan. Huisje is goed ingericht. Er is zelfs een wasmachine.

La Finca Lodge ligt in Fortuna, op 35 km van de waterval La Fortuna, en biedt een buitenzwembad en een hot tub. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. Personeel, de kamer de omgeving, alles klopt hier. Geweldig verblijf gehad. Echt een stukje paradijs. Zo fijn. Ontbijt was heerlijk, de kamer fantastisch. 10 uit 10! Een aanrader in Costa Rica.

Luna Lodge is gelegen op 6 km van La Fortuna-waterval, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. We stayed here in 2 rooms as 2 families of 4. The size was great! We liked that it was off the main road and the kids loved eating breakfast on the balcony each morning. Very comfortable and clean. Hosts were very nice and accommodating
