We were able to get to most places of interest within 40 minutes (Ghent, Bruges, Ypres, Passchendale, etc). There was attention to detail throughout the Chalet. The owner had thought of everything. We had a very relaxing stay and it was so quiet. The bird song each morning was incredible. I highly recommend The Chalet.

Location was for us very good, we stayed in between as we had appointments in Kortrijk and in Ghent. Being outside on the country side was also perfect for us.

Located in the city of Ghent, this air-conditioned accommodation features a sun terrace. The property is 100 metres from The House of Alijn and features views of the city. This place was amazing, it is a renovated historic apartment complete with original floors. The place was utterly charming and cozy with modern bathrooms. The hosts were super friendly and gave us good advice on where to go and what to see. The location is directly opposite the Castle so excellent views. We just loved it.

Surrounded by nature, the self-catering Rainbow Lodge benefits from a peaceful location and a garden terrace with free barbecue facilities. Lovely, romantic and well decorated accommodation. I recommend to guests and hope to return!

The location was good, the chalet was exactly as stated and an interesting building. We had plenty of space and everything we needed for cooking and eating, including a bottle of Cava in the fridge 👍🏾 (which was a lovely gift) The heating made the chalet was very warm, most welcome in January. We could go out of the door and walk by the river, along the lanes. There was little traffic. Our host Ivan was very helpful and gave us tips on where to walk. Any questions we had, I could text to him and he replied immediately, we had a problem with the hot water and he came within 10 mins to fix it. Which reduced our stress levels. The area is interesting, and although not on a main road it was easy to find, we drove from Calais and it was a very simple journey. We went for a specific event, but this would be an area we would consider returning to and definitely to the Chalet . 😊
