The quality of the Deluxe - Chalets was superb! With the possibility to sleep on your own rooftop and see all the stars, it is unique. The infinity pool with a view into the Namib-Naukluft Park, the sunset game drive, the exceptional food, the superb service of everybody, including our repaired tire - we can only recommend this lodge! Accogliente lodge situato nella sperduta Solitaire... Un emporio, un ristorante, il distributore di benzina, una bakery e il Lodge, questa é Solitaire. L'accoglienza é stata fantastica, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto é stato davvero molto gentile e premuroso. Il Lodge con piscina é grazioso, camera ampia e accogliente, pasti buoni e completi... Cielo stellato da paura!! Per me consigliato e una ottima tappa dopo la giornata a Sesriem per essere più comodi per il giorno dopo.

The owners, hot showers, hospitality, views, calmness, a kitchen to prepare your food and the garden with many trees on which are hanging fruits such as oranges and others. And a small round pool ( we didn't use it though) It's an Oasis in the desert to look at. If you are driving especially at nighttime, It's quite remote and easy to miss, but the owner is a gentleman as he was waiting for us at the roadside. I don't know how long he waited but must have been a while. Shortly after we arrived, I realised that we had a punctured tyre, we decided to change it next morning, come next morning the car was lying flat on two punctured tyres ( remember don't rent a car with Avis they give you bad tyres it's known around here ) the owner helped repair a total of 3 punctures, otherwise who knows how long I had been stuck. Thanks to the gentleman.
