One of the best places we've stayed in - an authentic Japanese apartment, spacious, comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay and we were happy to spend time in the apartment when we had a break from venturing out. Nice tiny little garden, fully-stocked kitchen, books and games.

Love the house.Beautiful and spacious.The bathroom is definitely my favorite.There's a nice round bathtub to soak into after a long cold day of walking around during autumn.

The house is very nice, traditionally looking but spacious enough, with the bathtub kind of outdoors like an onsen. Location is right next to Nijo castle, easy to get to and from, and there is a convenient store and supermarket nearby. The host explained everything about the house and the place had everything that is to be needed.

Fantastic studio, really spatious, with great large hard bed and western furniture. It feels a bit like staying at a fancy bar with a bathtub :D. The decor is really unique. Everything works. Location was perfect for what we needed - the conference centre. Lots of shops nearby, good transport links by bus or a metro some distance away. The owner went out of his way to help us and be nice - thank you so much!
