The owner Megan was very welcoming and the welcome basket was such a lovely and generous touch! The property is really well furnished and very comfortable for family of four. The view is stunning from the property which is right on the edge of the bay.

We had an amazing stay at the beautiful Hazel Hut. The location was magical, with Croagh Patrick in full view through the windows of the hut every morning. The sheep and donkeys really added to the country atmosphere too :) The hut itself is gorgeous and has everything you could need or want. We spent one of our evenings enjoying the landscape, drinking tea and reading some books left in the hut. It is only a twenty minute drive from Westport, so we also enjoyed heading into town for dinner. The next morning, we set off to climb the mountains. Would highly recommend it, and we are already looking forward to paying another visit soon. Thank you so much x

clean , cute set up , very quiet area and relaxing . Ideally require a car but there is taxi service .

Incredible hosts, comfortable setting, generous amenities. Good for couple, family or group of friends. Had a fab time with the family, would def go back. Have to say again, hosts were incredible, Lifts to restaurants, freshly backed muffins! Don't know where else you would find the like!
