I reached at 9pm but the process of getting into the apartment was communicated well in advance to me so i did not face any problem at all. I had made a one bedroom apartment but when i entered i was surprised to see such a huge apartment. After staying in hotel rooms for so many days this apartment was like heaven. Everything was clean, and all the things u need they have put. I especially liked the bath salt & Ritual products. Usually apartments provide small sized toiletries but this place was an exception. The decor had such a homely touch to it. It just makes you feel comfortable and welcome instantly

Wonderful small boutique style apart hotel, I can't say enough good things about it: very professional and kind staff with spot on recommendations for anything you may need. The apartment had a magnificent view of the Matterhorn and was very large, comfortable, well decorated and outfitted with high end fixtures and appliances. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was really good too with variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and quality cold cuts. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others

This place was even better than I expected. Location 10/10, view 10/10, and size 10/10. Honestly, I think we were even given an upgrade because we ended up with a huge apartment which made our family stay awesome. If you are on the fence about this place, don't be. It was an incredible property.

Everything was perfect! Superior apartment, way above what I would have expected. Couple of minutes walk from the center and the ski lift, also skibus 100 meters from the apartment. Very supportive owners who live in the same place. We really enjoyed the stay very much.

We were amazed by the size of the whole apartment, 3 bedrooms, a whole living area, a balcony, and most importantly a fully equipped kitchen(fridge, oven, microwave oven, 4 hood stove, portable grill, and all the other kitchen wares you will need). View of the Matterhorn is amazing as well, huge windows point directly at the Matterhorn so u can watch it all the time. will definitely recommend this space for families and friends who want a good time at Zermatt. even if you dun see the Matterhorn, this apartment is worth the visit to Zermatt!
