I have been coming here since I was a teenager and now I bring my kids here! We love this place. The staff is amazing and very friendly.We come every summer and can't imagine a summer without Boardwalk Terrace Apartments! It is perfectly located with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Everything is very efficient and the apartments are very clean, stocked with all you need. My favorite is the porch!!! I love to sit out day and night and listen to the waves crash and people watch. We won’t regret staying here again and again!

Clean space, the room is small, but the bathroom was very clean, renovated and cozy. Very nice personnel, friendly and helpful. Excellent location, less than 5 min walk to the ocean beach, restaurants and other fun!

We were camping at Trap Pond in Deleware. The purpose of staying at this place was because we did not want to drink and drive on our wedding anniversary. I wanted to spend the day at Ocean City, MD. My husband books this place, a skip and jump to the beach. We both LOVED the inn and felt at home.

Very charming and well maintained older motel. The pool was very clean and well balanced. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. There was a kitchenette with a full sized fridge, microwave, sink, electric stove and oven. Len at the office was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Super nice guy who really cared that our stay was great. Close to the beach.

Great place to stay in your way from Assateague area to Chincoteague, or vice versa, after a full beach day. Cool to stay in a student environment. All very clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and respectful! Very close walk to the beach and short drive to boardwalk! Lots of restaurants and activities in close proximity.

I liked the location. The Boardwalk and beach were in walking distance. In addition, the room was spacious and very clean. Would stay there again.

The hotel is amazing! Very clean and everything is new. Staff is very friendly. We didn’t hear any neighbours, it was quiet enough to sleep well. Just be advised, that the hotel is located near 123 street, and the boardwalk ends on 32nd street, so you will need to drive to the city center. However, the beach is located just across the street from the hotel and it’s not crowded. Highly recommend this hotel and North Ocean City!

The room was very clean and well maintained. Anna was wonderful! The beach view was superb. We really liked the dual shower heads.

The Empress was very clean and staff was very friendly! It’s a half a block away from the boardwalk and beach! Such a great experience and would definitely go back and stay there!!
