This place is absolutely amazing. Let’s start with the location. It’s about 5min taxi or 20min walk from the old town but secluded enough to be very quiet. 5min taxi to the An Bang beach. The staff is amazing. About the room, I had a Deluxe room with an enormous Plus King-Size bed (see picture). Also, price /quality ratio is beyond our expectations. We will definitely come back next year.

I can’t recommend this place enough! The location is great. It is close to every attractions in Hoi An. The rooms are big and you also have a balcony. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are always smiling and making you feel like home. They prepare fresh breakfast every morning and it is really delicious. They also offered us beer and we had a great talk on an evening. You can have for free bikes to go to the beach or Coconut Village.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and made us feel at home. Suggested good tours and recommended restaurants to go to. The location was perfect, just 2 mins from the old town and river.

In one word, it is wonderful, close to the center, 100 meters from the sea, the staff and operators are friendly, they help with everything, I recommend it.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed, and we really loved the patio with a sofa overlooking the pool. Each morning, we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. Huyền’s recommendations and help, from scooter rentals to dining spots and even a fantastic massage at Kim Men Spa, made our trip unforgettable. The best escape from the hustle and bustle in Hoi An you can imagine. Cham Islands is definitely worth staying over. We stayed 1 night, allowing us to have the beaches to ourselves after the day trippers left. Loved the laid back island life! It's the kind of place that is not totally ruined by tourism yet. Our host made us feel welcome immediately. She can arrange everything you need and is a great cook as well. We stayed 1 night, had dinner/breakfast/lunch, hired a scooter, borrowed snorkeling gear for free, and got to shower in the family's bathroom after check-out. The rooftop has a nice view over the harbour and should be great at sunset if there are no clouds... The host's honesty, service mindset, and authentic gratitude of having tourists over at her place is what sets this place apart. I already advised people on the boat on our way back to Hoi An to go back to the island and stay over. No need to look any further, just book here!
