Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. I liked location, location and also Kevin & Ann are nice persons. I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.

The house is incredibly charming, breakfast is excellent and Jamie and Dan are very friendly and helpful hosts! From the house we could walk to all there is to see in Niagara Falls, simply perfect!

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. Everything was amazing. Very comfortable room and Alice was very nice and helpful. I asked in advance for Oat Milk for my wife and she provided it in our breakfast without any reminders. Amazing. Also one day I forgot my wallet in the room and I was truly desperate in the city when I realized that I was without it. I texted Alice at 9pm and she promptly checked my room for the wallet and found it for me. The relief that she brought to me saved my night!

Situated in downtown Niagara Falls, within walking distance to many main attractions, this adults-only bed and breakfast features cosy accommodations in a quiet residential environment and free WiFi... Very nice, clean and quiet place. Near to the falls so you can also walk over there. Vindhia was a very friendly and helpful host. Breakfast was also delicious. We would love to come again.
