An absolutely unique place to stay and definitely worth visiting if you get the chance! Clean and tidy, with breakfast to prepare yourself (toast, jam, butter, peanut butter, coffee, tea) plus on arrival we were served milkshakes, perfectly fitting to the room designed to the last detail in 1950’s classic design! There is even an authentic m&m dispenser for the quick snack on the go with three different types of m&m’s! We absolutely loved it and will be back if we get the chance 😊

Rustic Rooms by Kings Canyon & Sequoia National Parks features a garden, barbecue facilities and shared lounge in Squaw Valley. With pool views, this accommodation features a patio and a swimming... They had a great breakfast where they asked what you would like and then made it for you. They were farm fresh eggs right from the property. They were so hospitable and gave so many good ideas to do in the National parks there. We could not have been made more welcome. They had a small acreage with some chickens, emus, turkeys, goats etc. plus a nice coy pond. They did have a nice swimming pool but we decided not to use it but instead spent time at the nice lounge by the pool talking and sharing. It was by far the nicest most hospitable place we went the whole holiday. We will definitely go there again when we return to the area. It is very close to the two national parks and they are so good to give extra advice.

Providing free bikes, New Tudor Cottage one block from Chico State and downtown with private garage provides accommodation in Chico. I loved this location right next to campus and the convenience of parking my car in the garage so that I could easily travel on foot. The fact that everything had a code made it really easy to enter the garage, yard and apartment. The little kitchen was perfect - it had everything I needed. Really appreciate there was a stove top in addition to the microwave.
