闆娘公寓 is set in the Yancheng district of Kaohsiung, 600 metres from Love Pier, 800 metres from The Pier-2 Art Centre and less than 1 km from Kaohsiung Museum of History. All the amendments were fine and nice and clean. The interior design is so chick and beautiful. Sound proof is also an amazing, opinion from a light sleeper🥰

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, 暮川旅宿 走路可達小港機場附兩個停車位 is set in Kaohsiung. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. This place got a homely feeling and we had a very comfortable stay.

Situated within 8.2 km of Cishan Old Street and 14 km of Neimen Zihjhu Temple, Serenity Moutainview Homestay offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Meinong. Very clean and cosy B&B (or minsu 民宿, as they call it in Taiwan). I had a single room which is quite small but exactly suitable for one person. All of the amenities were brand new. For same price in Taipei one could expect a run down place with a sparkle of creepiness, but this B&B was exeptionally good. Location is also great, just 400 meters away from the Meinong Bus station and downtown area. Free bicycles provided for customers is also amazing, since Meinong is extremely walking unfriendly. getting around on a bicycle or scooter is a must.

風起文旅 The Wind Rises features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Qishan, 300 metres from Cishan Old Street. Very clean, spacious and friendly for families(considering two young boys). The coffee shop space was a nice bonus for us to sit around during the evening. They also offer a lot of free snacks and instant noodles. The staffs were super supportive and responsive. They called us for noticing the light still turned on in our parked car. They also help mail back my jacket which I accidentally left in the room.

Staying at Sam's House in Kaohsiung 85 Building was quite an experience! The room itself was absolutely gorgeous! My favorite part of our stay was the view! Ah... the view!! :) Amazing seaside and city views with a cozy area to put pillows and watch the skyline and boats. It was an unforgettable experience. The mattress was comfortable as was the couch in the living room area. Everything was remote controlled from the window shades, smart tv, music and huge projection screen. The bathtub is a traditional Japanese style and was very relaxing to use while you look at the skyline (if desired, window shade was available for privacy) or watch the mini tv in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower room was incredible and will literally blow you away if you desire! Think... the episode of Kramer in Seinfeld. lol! There was also a Japanese toilet which is always a treat as these are not common in the Western part of the world. There are no longer snacks on a different floor but housekeeping does provides a few treats in the room. Great communication with Housekeeping; they were very accommodating and helpful. they did my laundry since the washer takes a while to run. It's true that the 85 Building is a bit tired and a little sad but if you can look beyond this the rooms at Sam's House are the exact opposite and will make your stay in Kaohsiung a memorable time! Definitely recommend!

One of the highlights of our visit was Madam Xu's kind gesture of personally driving us to the HSR station on the day of our departure. This unexpected act of kindness truly touched our hearts and made our experience at Luna's House even more memorable. Madam Xu's genuine care for her guests is evident in every detail, from the adequate pantry she has for guests, to the thoughtful advice she offered about exploring Kaohsiung. Her dedication to providing exceptional service is commendable and sets Luna's House apart as a top-notch homestay option in the area. Without a doubt, I will be returning to Luna's House Homestay on my next visit to Kaohsiung.
