The lady at the reception was very helpful with plenty of recommendations, which made the whole visit to Nasca so much more enjoyable and worthwhile (places to eat, what to see, museums). From the beginning, owners Luis and Cynthia were extremely proactive in helping us with booking our trip to see the Nasca lines, offered lots of options for additional excursions around Nasca, and also provided us with transport during our stay. The hotel was even better than in the photos, spacious, well-decorated, and spotlessly clean. Our bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable, while the bathroom was also spotless and extremely modern. We had a good breakfast at the hotel, and the coffee was excellent. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main square in Nasca, and about 15 minutes from Nasca's main street which has plenty of restaurant options. We felt perfectly safe during our stay and had no issues with the location of the hotel. I don't know if we'll get to return to Nasca in the future, but if we do, we would absolutely stay at La Familia again. An additional bonus was their extremely cute dog!

She attempted to accommodate us at her best ability regardless of the circumstances. Her communication was also excellent however I wish our stay experience was different.

The apartment is really spacious and clean. We had everything we needed with a kitchen, washing machine and comfortable beds. WLAN works great. And neighbourhood seems safe even in the darkness. There are two little grocery stores nearby but often just accept cash. And a restaurant for dinner.
