Kirinda Heaven - Yala ligger i Kirinda, 700 m fra Kirinda Strand, mindre end 1 km fra Nidangala Strand og 14 km fra Tissa Wewa. Der er udendørs swimmingpool og have. I loved everything. We had an eleven-day scooter trip across the island, and Kirinda was our last stay before going home to Galle. The property is very well maintained; it looks new, minimalistic, and stylish. Everything was just perfect: the mattresses were super comfy, the AC worked properly, the shower was great, etc. But the main thing was the stuff and the food they cooked. I hadn't expected that I'd have one of the best dinners in five months in a place I had never heard of. Just spectacular!

Tribe Yala - Luxury Camping ligger ca. 12 km fra Tissa Wewa og har have, bar og fælles opholdsstue samt udsigt til haven. Dette 4-stjernede luksustelt har døgnåben reception og gratis transport. The tents were lovely, a little bit of wear and tear but it’s to be expected in a jungle with rain. What made it special though was the staff and the experiences they provide. We booked our safari through them and got a private safari with a very knowledgeable ranger. It was also done in a 4WD (an old school Land Rover which was very cool), whilst many others are in 2WD. We found out the benefit of this as the roads were very badly damaged from the heavy rain the last few days and many cars got stuck, whilst ours didn’t. Another highlight was a candlelit dinner in the wilderness, as well as breakfast up in the tree canopies. We won’t ever forget this stay. Our only wish is that we stayed two nights rather than one as we didn’t get time to use the private pool

Tissa Rainbow Guest & Yala ligger mindre end 1 km fra Tissa Wewa og 25 km fra Bundala Fuglereservat i Tissamaharama. Der tilbydes indkvartering med opholdsområde. The host was incredible and truly went above and beyond, he organised everything for us for the safari tour and even drove us to the bus stop. We had a free coconut on check in and a juice on checkout. The room was lovely nd big and clean with great air conditioning. An amazing experience, especially for the price!

Blue Sky Hotel Yala ligger i Yala, 3 km fra Tissa Wewa og 28 km fra Bundala Fuglereservat. Pensionatet har gratis privat parkering, døgnåben reception og gratis wi-fi. Perfect location to relax close to Yala National park. Owners are really nice and there some good restaurants close by.

One of my favourite stays surprisingly. We stayed just for the safari but this place was really great. The staff were so nice and you really felt like you got to know them. The food was good with quite a wide range of options. But the best part was simply the location. You are really right out in the middle of the rice fields and the views and peacefulness of the place were so great. Bring a book and just hang out on the grounds watching the fields.

Wild Lotus Yala ligger på en 2 hektar stor ejendom ved søen i en rolig landsby tæt på nationalparken Yala. We definitely had a "wow" effect upon check-in, property is very nice, very quiet, we just wish we could have stayed longer as it was a one-night stay only, with a very early check out due to safari trip.

Priyanka was a wonderful host. After arriving from a hot afternoon safari I was greeted with a cold towel and a fresh coconut. The room is large, clean and has a/c. The dinner and breakfast prepared by his wife was delicious. It was great value. Overall a fantastic one night stay. I highly recommended this guest house.

Lake Face Cabana ligger omkring 4,5 km fra Tissa Wewa og tilbyder indkvartering med balkon og udsigt over søen. Der er adgang til terrasse, gratis privat parkering og gratis wi-fi. Great immersion in nature, with amazing view near the lake. Good working Wifi too. Beautiful family with two really cute daughters! Very honest owners, who offered to help me negotiate with another seller. Gayan, the husband, brought me around to see bats on two nights (for free!) upon my request - a unique experience in Tissa to see dozens of bats waking up and flying in early evening. They also dropped me off at the bus station for my next journey.

New Vilard Rest ligger i Tissamaharama, 2 km fra Tissa Wewa-søen, og har gratis WiFi. Værelserne har eget badeværelse med badekar. Receptionen er døgnåben. Hosts were very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great place with wonderful garden and delicious breakfast.
