We made a reservation for a small room from booking site, and it was supposed, and correct to book an additional day prior to our arrival, because of time of check in policy of the hotel, but we did that unintentionally, so we were surprised upon arrival that Mr. Joseph had given us a wider and larger family suite with the same price of the small room. when I tried to pay him more money, he strongly refused. Byblos Guest House is one of the most beautiful hotels in Byblos, Lebanon. Not only because it is clean and organized, and it has a wonderful view of the sea, but also the people serving you are very friendly, as if you have known them for a while, they do everything they can to help and make you happy.
