The views, the terrace, the bungalow, the food, the family, everything was more than wonderful, we absolutely.recommend it! Our 6-year-old daughter was so happy there from the moment we arrived. We also loved exploring the area, and we spent a day walking around the caves and temples, it was great.

The place is as portrayed on the website, very simple but has everything you need on a basic level.

Location is amazing, in the countryside with the view on the rice field. The bamboo rooms are so atypical and although there are plenty of space, we don't get disturbed by insects or other animals. As it is far from the city it is worth having food at the restaurant (the food is definitely awesome) and take a tour with Mr. driver. Unless you have your own plan already, like cycling around, I would recommend to stay there and use all services provided. It's out of the city, which I loved, but to consider based on your priorities. Lastly, the kindness of the people there was something 👌🏼

Cute Mother's House apartment that had a good sized bed, couch, kitchen sink, good sized fridge and a cook top complete with dishes and cooking utensils! Hot water on demand in the good sized bathroom. The room is set behind Nary Restaurant and Cooking Classes, and the owners sister is in the other front house selling morning breakfasts to locals. Very lovely family. Owner, who has some English, can book day tour by tuk tuk and a bus ticket for when you want to leave Battambang. Ask her to have her tuk tuk driver pick you up at the bus depot when you arrive.

Set in Battambang, a 6-minute walk from Borey Thmey Mall, Por chey has a terrace, as well as free WiFi. The guesthouse is lovely. The rooms are clean and the staff are exceptional! They have scooters for rent or bikes you can borrow for a short amount of time to get to and from town. Otherwise, the downtown is just a short 15 min walk. Was very kind for them to arrange a tuktuk to pick us up from the bus station at no extra cost.

Excellent breakfasts and happy hour were very enjoyable.
