I really enjoyed the delicious kaiseki ryori provided by hotel. Shuttle service is provided and staff is grit and professional. The hotel is near to bus stop 11.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. This was an exceptional stay. While the onsen doesn't offer a direct view of mount Fuji, we could clearly see it on our drive over thanks to clear skies. When we entered the premises, the staff was attentive immediately. From taking our luggage to making sure we were set up in our room. The room was SPACIOUS, with a lounge area and bedroom with screens to close off sections. The highlight was having our own outdoor bath to enjoy during cold winter nights. Perhaps the most breathtaking aspect of our stay were the meals. We were blown away by our dinner. It was the best thing we ate during out entire trip in Japan (we were in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto prior). We enjoyed a sumptuous parade of dishes that really showed off the local ingredients. We didn't think it could get better, but breakfast the next day was equally, if not more, delicious. While expensive, we enjoyed a serene getaway with our private outdoor bath and excellent meals. Would love to return.

Amenities are complete. Spacious. Can see Fuji-san even from the bedroom window. Close to restaurants and supermarket. The hosts are very friendly.

The house is really clean and new. It is also really quiet. We were provided a choice of toiletries and also a welcome drink. I would recommend to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and safe stay. Also 5 min away there is a supermarket which is open 24/7.

Everything are well prepared and well thought out. Location is excellent with a very nice view of Mt. Fuji The unit is very spacious, clean and tidy.

つながるキャンプリゾートQOONEL+ se nachází v dobré lokalitě v destinaci Fudžikawagučiko a poskytuje terasu a výhled na město. Jen kousek odtud se nachází Kawaguchi Asama Shrine. The view was amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We payed for the BBQ which was a great experience, the food was yum and they give you clear instructions on how to cook (great for us as we can’t cook LOL). The hut we slept in, was so cozy, warm and very clean. Definitely our favorite place so far. Highly recommend.

The house itself can see the fuji mountain. Nice and clean house which you can cook and bbq with some charges. Very big space.

The location and the view of Mt Fuji at the property was just spectacular. The food and service was impeccable. Nina Lin was sharing with us all the great spots to take photos of Mt Fuji and we really enjoyed our conversations with her. The other older lady was very helpful and hospitable as well and we can't praise them enough for making our stay so memorable!
