Very kind and even dropped us at the estate when dressed up in wedding attire!

This is the best b and b I have ever stayed it was amazing the breakfast was outstanding could have stayed forever amazing location with fantastic views

Located 3 km from Cavan and 200 metres from Farnham Estate, Holiday Home On Farnham Estate offers air-conditioned accommodation with free private parking available on site. Excellent accommodation with everything you could possibly need, including extras like, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, etc. We were guests at a wedding in Farnham Estate and I believe we were closer than some of the Hotel guests.

Excellent location for Cabra Castle venue near by. Nice clean rooms and bathroom facilities. Breakfast was very good and filling. Plenty of choices. Fully Irish would be extra but really not necessary. Lady in charge was very nice and helpful.

Just by the border with Northern Ireland, Lake Avenue House B&B is located in the North West of County Cavan. Fantastic and nicest experience, thank you so much, felt at home. Best Irish breakfast.
