Thanks to the staff (Georgina) who seemed to be in every place at the same time. And we could discuss easily both in English as well as auf Deutsch! The pics of the room were realistic, what you see is what you get. The room was amazing. We would grade this 11+ if it would be possible.

It was very comfortable and cozy. Soap, shampoo, teas, coffee, creamer and appliances were provided. The location was an easy walk to Eger Castle, the city center, cafes and restaurants, the city thermal baths, and the Turkish Bath (Torok Furdo), as well as many beautiful city parks. I especially appreciated the use of a washer and dryer plus drying rack so we could have clean clothes for the rest of our European trip. There is a lovely interior courtyard with both sunny and shady spots to enjoy.

The hotel owner clearly demonstrated a genuine concern for each guest by anticipating that I might be hungry on the road.This gesture of a pre-packed breakfast was accompanied by a warm smile and sincere wishes for a safe journey. I felt that my needs and comfort were of utmost importance to them. It was not just about providing food on the go; it embodied true hospitality and understanding of guests' needs. Overall, my stay at this hotel was an extraordinary experience. The impeccable attention to detail, warm hospitality, and luxurious amenities surpassed my highest expectations. Everything was new and clean and there were so many little details to make your stay pleasant and make you feel like at home. Host was very kind and communication was easy.
