Overlooking picturesque hills, Meadowcroft Country Guesthouse is a family-run guest house in the tranquil Village of Ings, 2 miles from Windermere. There is free Wi-Fi in the bedrooms. Very nice and cosy room with kettle, tea and coffee. Debbie (the host) is very lovely lady, and it was really nice chatting to her every morning. The breakfast is delicious and freshly made. The location is very good as it is close to the main road and easy to navigate around. The bus stop is also nearby which is perfect as at times it is easier to just take the bus instead of a car.

The family-run Ambleside Townhouse is situated in Ambleside, 800 metres from Lake Windermere. It offers en suite rooms and a full English breakfast in the morning. Lovely hotel with large room, comfortable bed and nicely-appointed, spacious bathroom. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff, as well as free parking.

Windermere Köyü merkezinde sakin bir yan sokakta yer alan Jerichos, aile tarafından işletilen şık dekorlu ve modern bir konukevidir. Excellent accommodation, smart, clean and great hosts/staff. Very central and accessible from the train station too, although it has its own private parking - a real plus. Very good breakfast, with probably the best bacon rolls (amongst many other options) that we've ever had! We will return for sure. Fully recommended.

Windermere Gölü'ne sadece 1,6 kilometre mesafede yer alan bu güzel Victoria evi, Windermere ile Bowness arasında huzurlu bir konuma sahiptir. Rooms were small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff and the breakfast were both excellent.
