The accommodation comes with a... We used this accommodation as our home base for several day tours in the Finnish lake region, and we do not regret it for a small moment. A nice small guesthouse with a private sauna, just a short walk away from the harbour, offers anything you need as a tourist. Granted, the room may not have the most modern look, but we were happy nonetheless: the room was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen has many utensils. The biggest asset of this guesthouse? The host: a very kind and welcoming lady who helped us on our way multiple times. This hospitality was also reflected in all common areas, which were breathing a cozy 'welcome home'-atmosphere. I would most definitely book here again.

Without a doubt will be visiting again.

Offering a barbecue and views of the lake, Niemilomat is set 13 km from central Varkaus in the Eastern Finland Region. Very friendly owners. Good beds. Warm and cozy house. The breakfast was excellent. self made bread! will come back
