Owner is very friendly, speaks a few different languages, stuff also very nice. No airco but no difficulties to survive, all windows open and it worked good. Worth to visit

The people, the food, the place, the view, the neighbours, the little tea and biscuit after a long walk, making sure we have transport,... Nothing is to mutch to ask. The people make this place a little paradise!

Everything, from the idyllic location to the room, the staff and food was incredible. The food makes you want to eat here every day. Breakfast is very diverse with use of mostly local products or local (breakfast)dishes. Delicious. Dinner is equally mouthwatering. Wide range of drinks as well. Rooms are modern, large and very comfortable. Then the location. It’s awesome. The views are unbeatable and the place is only a short walk away from the bigger town Vilas das Pombas. The owner and her husband are some of the nicest hotel owners I’ve met. They definately went the extra mile. Highly recommend Kasa d’Vizin.

Useful advise for your trip around is given by the owner if you wish and at least for me the advice turned out very well. Certainly value for money and a place to recommend.

Casa Das Ilhas is located in Paul. All rooms includes a private bathroom fitted with a shower. You can enjoy mountain view from the rooms. At Casa Das Ilhas you will find a garden and a terrace. The Lady of the House was very helpfull. She explained every detail of the day trip. Suggested the places to stop, to eat, to drink coffee. The dinner at Casa das Ilhas was also very good.

I'm at a loss for words to convey how delightful this stay was! The room and bed were exceptionally comfortable, offering an incredible mountain view. The staff was exceedingly welcoming, friendly, and warm, and the food, while generously portioned, was truly exceptional. As a starting point for hikes, this location is perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
