It was very clean, both inside and outside on the terrace. Even without air conditioning it was pleasant inside. Thanks to the excellent, powerful shower, you can easily get rid of all the sand. The location is excellent; you are 5 minutes' walk from the beach. The hostess was extremely pleasant.

This might be by far the coziest place you can stay at for a trip to Maio. The apartments are big and comfortable and Mona is one of the friendliest hosts I've ever experienced. Her cooking is extraordinary and the jam she makes for breakfast is delicious. The apartment is located 150m away from one of the nicest and loneliest beaches I have seen in my life. You will have the ocean for yourself... At least until others will find out about the beauty of Maio ;)

Offering a sun terrace and views of the sea, Torre Sabina is set in Calheta. Free private parking is available on site. Some rooms include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. What an incredible place, right on the beach with amazing views out to sea and only a 10 minute walk to the village. Sabina. Walter and Elida were so welcoming and extraordinarily helpful when our travel plans hit a bump. Thank you so much. Your generosity was much appreciated.
