The best was the great hosts! He helped us out so much with arranging transportation and planning the next day. We even got to feed the animals with him and he prepared nice breakfast. Amazing stay for little money.

Situata a Sarapiquí, a 26 km dalla stazione biologica di La Selva, l'Eco Guest House - Sarapiquí 1 offre un giardino e un parcheggio privato gratuito. La struttura dispone di camere familiari. This "Guest House" is huge. A family of 4+ could easily move in here and live comfortably. The back decks are beautiful to just sit and watch the jungle. It is a little way down the road from the city, which means it is quiet and very laid back. I had both a breakfast and a dinner while at the guest house. Both were great portions with a lot of variety, tasty, and well worth the money. Unfortunately, my schedule and Wendy's schedule didn't align for her bird tour. There was lots of flora and fauna to explore. My personal sightings included Toucans and a Morpha butterfly. I'm willing to bet that there was a lot I missed that Wendy could have found and shared!

Bellissima casa coloniale con parco, costruita 150 anni fa e tenuta molto bene, bisognerebbe andare anche solo per vederla. Camera grande e pulita, anche il bagno, 🛀 n generale tutto molto ordinato e bello, sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo.

Welcome to Casa Familiar La Tortuga, your home away from home in Barva de Heredia! Avevamo bisogno di fare una sosta dopo il lungo viaggio di arrivo e non volendo guidare di notte verso San Jose abbiamo scelto questa pensione a Heredia, piccolo paesino a soli 20 minuti dall’aereoporto. Fernando e Olga sono stati gentilissimi. La loro casa è molto accogliente e pulita e ci hanno anche dato la possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno della proprietà. A 200 mt ci sono diversi ristoranti, mentre a soli 5 minuti a piedi la piazza centrale e il mercato. Fernando ci ha cucinato un’ottima colazione. Come arrivo in Costa Rica è stato di grande benvenuto.

Offering a garden and garden view, Deluxe boutique lodge is situated in Vara Blanca, 6.2 km from La Paz Waterfall Gardens and 7.6 km from La Paz Waterfall. The Deluxe Boutique Lodge was perfect in so many ways. We booked this location to be close to Poas National Park and La Paz Waterfall Garden. It was 20 minutes to one and 10 to the other. Walter met us at the property even though due to weather and construction we were about an hour late. He also became our lifesaver that day. Again, due to weather, a family member was delayed arriving into San Jose. Walter volunteered to drive down to San Jose and pick her up. The property is located on the main road into the small village of Vara Blanca, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The Lodge is super clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the WIFI very good and the huge TV was a welcome diversion during the stormy weather. We do not hesitate to recommend this property

Situated in Heredia, within 40 km of Poas National Park and 13 km of Alejandro Morera Soto Stadium, Casa del Café - Loft features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests... We just stayed one night on our way from the caribean side to Monteverde and did not expect to stay in such an exceptional accomodation. The owners were very welcoming, served a tasty healthy breakfast personally in their beautiful villa with so much history. We spent a wonderful morning in the lovely big garden with many birds and their nice and well educated dogs. We can recommend this very special amiable apartments.

The view from the property is so beautiful. The house was very clean and perfect for my family. We loved every minute there.
