In addition to Nicholas' exceptional service, the hostel itself was clean, comfortable. The common areas were well-maintained. The rooms were cozy and equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Overall, our stay at this hostel in Leticia was an absolute pleasure, and it was primarily thanks to Nicholas' outstanding assistance and dedication. His knowledge, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set this hostel apart.
