Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. FOR THOSE GOING TO TORRES DEL PAINE: Don't rent sleeping bags or buy gas!! they can offer you this free of charge during your stay. We made the mistake of renting in advance from a company in Puerto Natales. The staff and hosts were very nice, Juan was funny and nice. The common area was large with many sofas and some board games, as well as a TV showing football games. They have a 'gym' with a punching bag, weights and pull up bar among others. They offered to bring us for a fee by car to the bus terminal as it is a 20 minute walk at 6am when heading to Torres del Paine. The rooms are well sized and beds are cozy; the toilets clean and comfortable: come with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The included breakfast comes with juice, coffee, tea, milk, eggs to be made, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, cake... Great stay, will be coming back soon for the third time!

What a great first night in Chile! I was welcomed with such warmth. My room was quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was down the hall, lots of hot water. Breakfast was just what I needed. Location was on a quiet street within walking distance on the waterfront and downtown.

Friendly hosts with flexibility regarding check-in hours if communicated in advance. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of salty and sweet choices to get your hiking energy on a good level! Good location only a quarter of an hour walking from the city center and 25min from the bus terminal. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring the Torres del Paine NP! Hosts were even so friendly to keep part of our luggage until after our O-hike!

Everything was great, starting with the price Self check in was very useful and the host was ready for any question that we had and was very kind with the checkout as well The house is new and cozy, I'd recommend maximum 4 people or it might be getting crowded with one toilet only

They were right there to help us all day and evening. And this was a last-minute add on 2 nights to our original 1 night because the hotel we were in up north was so miserably cold with no heat, we canceled and came south. So glad we did. So much more enjoyable when you are in a nice apartment. The water is drinkable and the steam heat is thermostat controlled and keeps every room warm. Instant on gas water heater was hot and infinite. Internet and DirecTV was great.

Everything was excellent: - the host was very nice, friendly and helpful. - the property was tidy, nice and comfortable. Plus from this property you can enjoy the view of local mesmerizing blue lake and fantastic sunsets. The only one thing that I can add to my review is dog Teo. He is such a good boy, who is very friendly and who wants to know you (especially if you have some food)

Ubytovanie Alto Balmaceda sa nachádza v destinácii Puerto Natales len 6 min. chôdze od miesta Autobusová stanica Puerto Natales. A little piece of heaven for a perfect stay in Natales. Our activity priority was the Torres del Paine W circuit, and we needed a stay on either side. Thanks for taking care of our luggage outside the stay. The accommodation was clean, kitchen well equiped, with a wonderful living area. Beds were like sleeping on sheets of clouds

We had a really nice stay at Etnias Apartments. Although we never met the host, we were given all the instructions via WhatsApp. The apartment is very large. There are two bathrooms (one on the ground floor, and one on the upper floor), two big bedrooms, and one living area with kitchen. The apartment was very well equipped, and very well maintained. WiFi worked well. If you are staying in town, the apartment is within walking distance to the downtown area (and there's a grocery store 2 blocks away).

Beautiful natural setting and first class appointments at a very reasonable rate
