We made the mistake of renting in advance from a company in Puerto Natales. The staff and hosts were very nice, Juan was funny and nice. The common area was large with many sofas and some board games, as well as a TV showing football games. They have a 'gym' with a punching bag, weights and pull up bar among others. They offered to bring us for a fee by car to the bus terminal as it is a 20 minute walk at 6am when heading to Torres del Paine. The rooms are well sized and beds are cozy; the toilets clean and comfortable: come with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The included breakfast comes with juice, coffee, tea, milk, eggs to be made, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, cake... Great stay, will be coming back soon for the third time!

What a great first night in Chile! I was welcomed with such warmth. My room was quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was down the hall, lots of hot water. Breakfast was just what I needed. Location was on a quiet street within walking distance on the waterfront and downtown.

Encantado de habernos alojado en Coastal, su ambiente es cálido y cercano. Sin duda, totalmente recomendado. Por cierto, el desayuno es muy completo y delicioso. Baños limpios e instalaciones impecables.

Los Departamentos carrera se encuentran en Punta Arenas. Se encuentra a 39 km de Porvenir y ofrece estacionamiento privado gratuito. Departamento con 2 dormitorios, 1 baño y TV de pantalla plana. Las habitación buenas. Buenas ubicación. Nos atendieron muy bien y nos dieron buenas recomendaciones.

It was perfect and so was the host couple owners. They were right there to help us all day and evening. And this was a last-minute add on 2 nights to our original 1 night because the hotel we were in up north was so miserably cold with no heat, we canceled and came south. So glad we did. So much more enjoyable when you are in a nice apartment. The water is drinkable and the steam heat is thermostat controlled and keeps every room warm. Instant on gas water heater was hot and infinite. Internet and DirecTV was great.

He is such a good boy, who is very friendly and who wants to know you (especially if you have some food)

Casa nueva, descuento lanzamiento se encuentra en Punta Arenas. Porvenir está a 39 km. La casa tiene 3 dormitorios y cocina totalmente equipada con microondas y heladera. El anfitrión siempre disponible. La ubicación excelente, zona tranquila y cercana al centro. la casa confortable e impecable. Sin duda volveríamos alojarnos en esta vivienda!!! 100% Recomendable.

This spacious, clean and modern accommodation was like a home away from home during our Patagonia trip. We stayed here three times in two weeks, for 1-3 night each stay. Loved the big fridge and kitchen to make breakfast for those early morning starts. We did laundry and there was enough space to stretch out, after long treks or days on the road. Super comfortable beds, fresh linen, clean, great shower. Staff were very helpful, even keeping our extra things safe (free of charge) while we hiked the W trek in TdP. You leave them bagged in the room, send a message to let them know and they set them back in your room before you return.
