This is a very well equipped appartment in the Center of Spa. Everything one could imagine for a pleasant stay is there. Shops and Restaurants are within short walking distance. For the summer there is a nice terrace with a grill. Justine was very cooperative and quick for a little changement we asked for. Parking is included, only about 50 meters away. We absolutely recommend it! During the daytime, there is some traffic in the street, but only bath- an bedroom are on the street side. And the windows are new and well insulated. At night it was absolutely quiet.

Apartment is clean, nicely decorated and big. Every household item you have at home is available (dishwasher, coffee-machine, oven, ect..) . All of the items are clean, new and easy to use. The hosts are very helpful, they setup a baby-bed beforehand. The apartment gets plenty of light from two sides that have big windows. Also has two balconies to sit and have some coffee or wine. We will certainly visit again, this time without the kids. Thank you Annie and Philippe for this pleasant stay.

The welcome by Isabelle and Jean-Francois was outstanding - they were waiting for us with drinks and delicious bites. They are very warm and lovely people. The location is superb, a beautiful house in a quiet, nature-surrounded area. Every morning we came down to the most delicious breakfast we ever had: fruits, fresh juice, salmon, croissants, all sorts of bread and cheeses, and a delicious homemade omelette prepared by Jean-Francois. We are looking forward to coming back.

Very nice and cosy appartment close to the city center of Spa. Parking just in front of the appartment. Not big but has it all. Even a small terrace with bbq. Very clean, good shower. 2 small bottles of Spa Orange and chocolates on arrival.

Ubytovanie L'Essentiel à Francorchamps sa nachádza približne 12 km od miesta Plopsa Coo. Ponúka výhľad na záhradu a má terasu a kávovar. The apartment was incredibly clean and well thought out. The property was very quiet, despite being so close to town. We were there during the F1 race weekend, so things were quite busy all around the area, but you wouldn’t know it once you entered the grounds. It is easily within walking distance to the track. The only four star was for Value, but there is nothing inexpensive during this one particular race weekend every year. The hosts were incredibly responsive and eager to please. We would easily stay there if we go back in the future.

The hosts were super nice, welcoming and caring. Everything was super clean. It's very well located (not far from the Spa circuit). I can highly recommend this accommodation! .
