First the staff, especially Grace, were excellent. The manager also. My bag didn't arrive and they were very helpful and supportive. The hotel itself is very nice. Spacious comfortable rooms. Wifi good. Food was good. Be aware that last orders at the restaurant are at 6.30pm. In general good value for money for the area. We took the airport transfer for US$30 which was perfect. Taxi to the Falls is US$10 and US$5 to the town
