+ Very good facilities: Super comfy beds (2 pillows), curtains, big lockers, heather in the rooms as well as common areas (it was around 5 °C when I was there), massage chair + check-in in the middle of the night as the nightbus arrived way before check-in time => This hostel saved my Vietnam trip. My phone had gotten lost on the night bus to Ninh Binh and the owner made everything within her power to help me get it back (call the bus company, accompaning me to the police station , driving me to the bus station). And guess what, I got the phone back! Would go back again and again

Everything was perfect - the staff : Son will go above everything to make sure you have the best stay, he even bring me back to my bus stop for free when I left. - the pool is really nice and good to have - WiFi is working perfectly - location is really quiet - room is big and you have everything you need inside. Great homestay! The staff are really sweet and attentive. The room is a nice size and very comfortable. We left early on our check out day and Lily gave us a loaf of bread and milk to take with us. We loved that there were bikes for free and scooters to rent. I’d definitely recommend this place!

We had the bungalow looking out over the rice fields, which was great. Unfortunately we were sick for two of the three days that we stayed (not because of anything from the hotel) so we stayed a lot in and around the hotel grounds. When we were leaving the whole village was locked down because of a festival, but the staff drove us on scooters (also with our luggage) to where the taxi could pick us up. They were so nice!
