The accommodation is located within old Khiva close to all attractions there. The staff was very helpful and we were able to accommodate there at 8am after our night train arrival. There was served good breakfast there.

A brilliant new Guest House in Khiva. Our host went above and beyond to help us with our stay. The room was extremely spacious, and the bathroom with heated floors were perfect for the cold days in Khiva. Loved our stay, our breakfast and our very helpful hosts!

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Khiva, Khiva Khan Hotel is a guest house surrounded by views of the city.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, you only need a couple of minutes to get to Ichan-kala. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The rooms have everything that one needs during one's trip. The host is very friendly. I asked for an early breakfast (beyond normal hours) as I had to head to the airport early in the morning, and it turned out not to be a problem. We were also offered tea when we wanted, this is really nice. There's a nice restaurant right around the corner. Definitely best value for money and the best hotel among those we stayed at in Uzbekistan. I highly recommend.

Situated in Khiva, Sulton-Sayyor provides accommodation with seating area. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

The room was large, bright and well air-conditioned, the bathroom spacious and comfortable. The owner was always available and present, satisfying our requests. The breakfast is fantastic, plentiful and very varied. The location is excellent, very close to the city center and the train station.

All is PERFECT!! The house is more beautiful than Pictures. Room is clean and comfortable, and the host is very welcoming. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, and the host also prepared afternoon tea. We had lunch in the living room and the plov tasted amazing! I will definitely come back here again if I have the chance!

The hospitality was fantastic--everyone was so helpful and kind. We loved the breakfasts which were included, and ended up ordering dinner for each night of our stay, too; it was delicious and varied, and great value for the price. Very nice common areas both inside and out, and a fantastic location at the gates of the old city.
