Location is excellent, very close to J station (Kosciuszko), a lot of shops nearby. Not too many restaurants, just a lot of pizzerias, but it was ok. 15-30 minutes to jazz clubs, very close to an excellent record store. Neighborhood is safe, you can feel the flavor of daily living in Brooklyn. The apartment is really nice with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom and the kitchen. We slept in the bedroom, while our teenage kids occupied the living room. WiFi is ok, although we used paid eSims during our stay in NYC. We used the opportunity to store our luggage on the last day in the closet outside. Thank you!

Very Convenient place near to subway metro station. Very easy to explore NY city. This is safe place as well considering were returning back from city in night. Property is very safe but Security to be improved outside areas (roads) late night, although its safe but very late in night was still worried me for few times. I will recommending this place and I will definitely book again if I need to come to NY.
