Very helpful and kind staff. They gave us lots of information on what to do and places to eat. There was a fridge in the room. Laundry and scooter/bicycle rental places next door to the left and right respectively. Yuli Noodle shop yummy and can make a vegetarian version.

The guest house was really great. The host was very welcoming, nice and helpful - even helped with a question we had by calling someone in Chinese on our behalf. Our room on the top floor was in Japanese style, very cute and spotlessly clean. I loved the design of the bathroom as well. There are some bikes in front of the house which are free to use to go around Yuli. The owners also have a very sweet cat. We only stayed one night but I would have gladly stayed longer. Great hospitality!

Super nice & lovely host, very limited English but still made their best to accomodate us, even organized taxi for us to go to the hot springs nearby. One of our favorite places during our trip to Taiwan.

Our room was clean, comfortable and very spacious for a family of four. Our hosts were friendly and gave helpful ideas on places to visit - we particularly enjoyed the nearby walking/hiking trail. The hosts were so friendly and kind we couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming stay. We felt truly spoilt and would love to go back. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious. The whole hotel was super clean and so comfortable. We think it’s one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. We were very sad to leave. The hotel is in a lovely area. There’s a nice steak restaurant nearby for dinner.
