What's not to like? A houseboat in the marina, a quiet night and waking up with the sun and the sound of rippling water and chirping birds. If I could stay here forever I would. Efficiënt communication about arrival and self check in. The video with instructions is easy to follow. Even received a msg from one of the owners to check if everything was to my liking. The houseboat is as a houseboat should be, small but efficiënt, everything available for a pleasant stay. Loved the speaker! Outside and upstairs plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the view and the surroundings. The marina was not busy so even the evening was quiet. That could be different during the summer months. But let that not keep you away from this unique experience.

The outside is immaculate clean. The pool was a bonus as it was so hot. The outside seating area's are very comfortable. The villa was very clean and spacious. The area is in a residential setting and very peaceful. Very good value for the price we paid, I would definitely recommend. We used the uber app to go into the old town and it was an excellent service, and affordable.

The building used to be a hotel and now has a second life as a sort of hub for holiday homes for rent. The pool was great fun to use and the supporting equipment, like the outdoor showers and toilets, were in good condition too. There are lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets well within walking distance, so that's a massive plus. Parking was great too.
