Chikonde, the owner, was absolutely fantastic. We originally booked one night, then we realised we were going to arrive a day early so made a second booking, on the afternoon of the day we'd be arriving. But we got there at 1am. She responded immediately when we messaged to explain the situation which was great for peace of mind, and when we arrived she was there to greet us with a lovely smile. On arrival she then gave us the option of a free upgrade to a bigger room, but that it would take 20 minutes - she didn't decide for us which we'd prefer. We chose to wait the 20 minutes and it was actually only 10. The room was very large, really super comfy hig bed, good a/c, and very clean. Lovely grounds - it just feels like you're in a quiet suburban home.

The green, well manicured garden gave me the breath of fresh air that I needed on my birthday. The swimming pool was warm and clean, my room was sparkling clean and they made my birthday morning very nice. They sang for me plus a "cake". Lizzy, in particular, was very welcoming and warm. The staff on site were super helpful. We are so grateful to ASamson who always had a smile and always offered a helping hand even when we didn't need it 😊. My family were well looked after and it felt like I was at home. I was also super impressed with the respo se of the home manager who attended to all our concerns and offered solutions when in a sticky situation. Kudos to the whole team for being customer focused, listening and making changes as needed. Will definitely book again, my whole family loved the space and overall atmosphere. Stayed one night and loved it.. Finding the place was very easy and was welcomed warmly by a member of staff who was very polite and helpful during our stay. The place is very clean specious and comfortable.
