I want to thank and highlight Manoj, who did everything he could to help us at all times, he is an excellent host. Also Janaka who is very smiling and helpful The hotel is nice and close to the beach, it has an upper terrace where we spent pleasant nights, the chef's fish is very delicious. They picked us up on the speedboat when we arrived from Male. I can recommend the cocktails, they are delicious... The tropical Hitch was my wife's favorite. It is very close to the beach, walking. Everything I asked for was solved, the response was immediate. The hotel is beautiful but Manoj and Janaka are responsible for making the stay a pleasant experience. Merci.

Everything was just PERFECT !!! Thank you so much to the owner, we felt like at home, the kindness of the staff, the perfect room with the perfect cleaning! It was just a paradise ! This will be a long review of the accommodation and the island in general, but if you really want to have a nice vacation you should read it before you book the accommodation. First of all island is amazing. We choose this island because we wanted to have a nice, long beach and to be almost alone on it - it was exactly like that. People on the island are AMAZING. All very very helpful, kind, polite. If you want to have all days full of activities and nice organized time the best option is to ask everything on the reception. Owner and the all crew who are working there are very helpful and giving a very good tips and tricks. You have couple of supermarkets wich are small but enough to buy some nice ice cream for example. As well my recommendation is to buy souvenirs on the island not at the Male airport. Prices are triple at the airport and as well on island you have a better options regarding self made things. Buying there you support as well local people who are making things with a lot of love. We got as well nice discount for buying some souvenirs at the store. I found a perfect bag for me. Food was perfect. You have a big choice of food. Milkshakes are very nice, especially strawberry milkshake. Coconut is as well good idea to try as you are on Maldives and the price is in balance with what you get. We were in one of the resort on Maldives after this accommodation and to be honest if we would have again opportunity to go we would rather skip resort. Local island is a must to visit if you are on Maldives and you want to have a real experience of Maldivian style of live. I would like as well to mention one of the most important things when you are on vacation - cleanliness. (name of the guy) did a perfect job. As we are traveling a lot we know exactly what means to have a clean space. He was all the time removing sand from balcony, putting clean towels. He is all the time around the accommodation and doing something.

This is our second time coming to the Maldives, the first time in Dhigurah. Akiri is a brand new facility, a family boutique hotel, in a quiet location, very clean, with beautiful wooden furniture, and we felt great in it. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. especially the manager Jumaan and Gayan, the young man who served us breakfast and who tidied up the room and made sure we always had fresh water, clean towels and made beautiful art installations on the bed. We also went on a trip where we went diving with whales dog. We stayed at the hotel for 12 nights (with a delicious breakfast included) and on the last evening, the owners of the hotel treated us to a delicious dinner prepared by the owner's mother and sister. If we had not already booked a stay further away, on another island, we would have stayed in Akira and we cried because we were leaving. All recommendations for Akiri Dhigurah and see you again!

Guest House piccola e molto piacevole. Le stanze si affacciano su un delizioso cortile interno con piante tropicali, dove la mattina viene servita la colazione. Il proprietario è un signore giovane, molto simpatico e disponibile. Ci ha prenotato la speed boat tra l’isola e l’aeroporto e ci ha organizzato con un breve preavviso l’escursione per vedere lo squalo balena. La casa si trova nel paesino dell’isola, in una zona molto tranquilla e vicina sia alla bellissima spiaggia che ai pochi negozi presenti. La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole, con un bel bagno grande e un letto molto comodo. Ogni camera ha uno spazio esterno privato, con due poltrone per il relax e una zona dove stendere teli e costumi. L’isola è un incanto, in assoluto la più bella di quelle viste finora. Mare meraviglioso, spiaggia meravigliosa, natura meravigliosa. Spero si conservi cosi
