It’s right in center of the town, the host provided useful guide to the mountains. Free ticket to the onsen! Besides all that, we had a hot pot together with the host and his friend! It was the best I’ve ever had. 一さん, I wish you have a wonderful trip to New Zealand and we’ll meet again somewhere in the world😁

Excellent in all aspects. Good room size, nice mattress, has private family onsen, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious and fresh breakfast and dinner. Located next to a national park, very convenient for morning and evening walks.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, really helped make the stay special. Lady who waited at table for dinner was delightful and taught the proper way to eat the keiseki meal, which was the best we've enjoyed in Japan. Guy at front desk even came out to help load our luggage onto bus. Room was spacious and well equipped. Free juke box in the cafe!

We had a group of 7 adults and 1 infant. We had breakfast twice and dinner once with the hotel, the food and presentation were absolutely amazing and definitely something I would recommend. The Onsen was very special, they have an outdoor and indoor option, both being very nice facilities. We booked a Japanese style rooms and Western style rooms and both were delightful. The staff were very helpful. Overall a wonderful experience.
