The service was outstanding. Your staff member Ms K, Miyato, Mr S, Shimbo and Ms H, Jeong was exceptionally helpful when we had to quickly organise to deliver our many pieces of luggage to our next destination. We are thankful for their professionalism and service allowing us to experience true Japanese hospitality.

I met wonderful people and had tons of fun, we even had a "live karaoke" night where we played the guitar and sang songs. I really hope I can come back some time!

I appreciated his recommendations, his cooking and the time spent relaxing and talking. It was also fun to hang out with other guests. The house is superb and comfortable. It is recommended for anyone who is travelling with family or friends, feels like home and very warm. I was very happy that the house is spotless, the auto heating really helps a lot in the winter. The owner also provide extra amenities that comparable to a five star hotel. The parking space is huge and save us a lot because we are travelling with 2 cars. Not to mention it is very near to subway and convenience store. I gave full stars to The Moon! Will definitely repeat the trip to The Moon. 🌙 🌕
