A beautiful spacious room with a huge bed. Beautiful location. They provided a buzz of little cakes in the room. Had lots of facilities that unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of due to a really short stay. Staff organised a free early morning transfer(6am) to the Kutchan train station.

We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay - including restaurant recommendations, slope tips, and even showing us a few off piste runs on a quiet day! Definitely coming back! Love everything about our stay here. The kitchen, the 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms! The auto washlet was amazing! The view out the windows are amazing! Everything was nothing short of amazing! Our host, Michiko-san, attended to us as we arrived and explained everything so well. We got free gifts, coffee beans and home-made granola. She even provided baby cot, baby blankets, baby wipes etc for our baby.. and prepared the kitchen area to be baby-safe! We didn’t need to ask for it. There’s projector for us to watch TV. Basic kitchen appliances, utensils and ingredients for cooking like salt, vege oil etc, were all provided. We are beyond thankful for her kind hospitality!
