I loved everything about this place. Absolutely the highlight of my trip. And funny enough, there was no other guests so I had the whole place to myself! The town is very cute and the house is just incredible. It had everything a person could ask for in an accommodation. Everything works perfectly. The design is very beautiful. The house is even more beautiful in real life. I will never forget it. I think I told Assi how much I loved it too many times :) Assi was the most helpful host, he was very friendly, curious to know about my trip, he even picked me up from the station when I unfortunately missed the train. And dropped me off to the bus stop when I wanted to visit the near village. I hope to visit it again in future. Thank you again, thank you very much.

The location is perfect! Magome is very special and it felt very unique sleeping here and being there at night with no tourists. The design of the hotel is also very nice. Everything worked perfectly and the staff was very kind and helped us with dinner reservations and with local recommendations. That was probably the most authentic accommodation I have stayed in Japan. Jeng manages everything very swiftly. Dinner and breakfast are paid additionally but boy is it worth it! I loved the ambience of the guesthouse. It's charming and very traditional. You sleep on a futon. There is a shared bathroom but I had no problem with availability. I loved the view from my room.
