Excellent country location for experiencing the Connemara region. Perfect view out of the windows to see the hillsides with cows and sheep. The hosts' dog would come by regularly to check and make sure we were doing alright - very friendly little "Doggie". Perfect location for viewing the night sky and stars. Host left us with freshly baked scones for our arrival which were greatly enjoyed.

Set 20 km from Alcock & Brown Memorial, Drop Anchor House, Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, fabulous sea views offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

The owner, Aggie, was a delight and very responsive. She had obviously given great attention to every detail in the apartment. It was spacious and beautifully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a sitting room, and kitchen. The view was gorgeous. Although Cleggan is fairly remote, it was serene, beautiful and the people were engaging. We ate at Oliver's in the village both nights and the food was delicious. This was one of our very favorite accommodations during our stay in Ireland. *Drop Anchor is fairly close to Kylemore Abbey and Killary Sheep Farm, both worth visiting.

Offering a garden and sea view, King Cottage is situated in Cleggan, 16 km from Alcock & Brown Memorial and 17 km from Kylemore Abbey. The holiday home is 46 km from Maam Cross.

The cottage is in a wonderful location looking out across the bay to Inishbofin Island. It is well equipped with every kitchen appliance you could want. Bed was very comfortable and the living room was very cosy. The local pub, Olivers, is very lively and does very good food.

Phenomenal location, essentially on the tip of a peninsula overlooking the ocean and with a beach to yourself. The cottage is cosy, warm and had incredible views. When we needed assistance the caretaker Eileen was over within half an hour on a Saturday night to sort us out. Nothing was too much of a bother.

Cnoc Breac B&B is a family-run house situated 1 kilometre from the small village of Cleggan in Connemara.

Tom and Marie were absolutely beautiful. We had the best breakfast, and we felt very welcome! They were so helpful and we are so thankful to them for having us. I can absolutely recommend their BnB, it was also perfectly clean with a good shower.
